Hi, I found a bug related to the cast bar skin.
When I apply the castbar skin and then reload the UI, the skin gets removed and doesn't stay applied.
At first, I thought it might be a conflict with another addon, so I disabled all other addons and tested with only Skinner enabled, but the issue still persists.
