WoW Version: Retail

In beta11.60428.3 the transparency / alpha doesn't work at all, i use a transparent black background, in **.2 it works fine, but since beta11.60428.3 its just black, no transparency at all.

When i open the options panel and activate / deactivate the check under "Skinner => Background" (no matter if first or 2nd "background", might be a translation isssue, but 2 different options called "background" is kinda weird) it seems to work (until reload), but it only applies to the options frame, anything else is still plain black background.

The first sub menu option should be Backdrop and the second should be Background, please update these translations if required or let me know the correct translations to use so I will update them.

I use german translation, both, first and second sub menu, are called "Hintergrund" (background), but it makes no difference which one, by checking / unchecking either it seems to work, but just for the options frame and after reload it's like before (without any transparency).

But the translation is not really a problem (should be fixed too of course), it's the missing transparency.
