Describe the bug
After the recent update that added the ability to have different tab textures it seems like the border texture is no longer applied to the tabs
(see pictures below. a little bit hard to see, but there are no borders around the individual tabs)

I don't know if this is related, but I have skinning issues with the tab buttons of nearly everything (since last Skinner version).
