To my knowledge this would likely apply to All, but I can only personally confirm Classic Era (SoD) 1.15.0.

Describe the bug
My apologies as I really should have done a thorough check last time, but it appears I forgot to check another crucial place that has text that is being overiden by Skinner, please see below of a before and after including the Bank frame this time, thank you!
