[BUG]: ContainerFrames skin always are OFF when entering the game

Describe the bug
I have to switch "ContainerFrames" ON everytime i log into the game.
After quiting the game i found this in SavedVariables\Skinner.lua

		["ContainerFrames"] = {
			["skin"] = true,
		},

But after restarting the game and opening my bagpacks they are not skinned so i have to reenable it always.
Looks like it got switched OFF when starting the game!?
