Sorry! Not sure how to do pull output for bug report. :(
It's very simple - when changing profiles all settings reset and are not saved. The profile also does not change.
I'm not sure if this could be an incompatibility with ElvUI - as I see it is using a "default" profile named ElvUI which I did not create, and I assume is not included as default.

Hope there is some way to fix this - my settings are often reset upon logging into a different / new character, and it's tedious to remake my skinner settings over and over. Love the addon!
