for Medium Style Party frames (least until the large is figured out) the name location on the bars, me personally would rather have the name on the bar, even if not written very big, rather than be under the frame at all (example)

Nope, it just looks like it since it's broken, it functions the same as the others and is based on the players faction.

I will mess with moving the name and see if i can get something that looks and feels right
