When a target is selected and launch a spell, the castbar is not showing.
If the target is currently casting a spell, I show the spell, I show where the casting is (start, 20%, at the end...), but it still freeze at this point and not refreshing.

I've tried to install classiccastbar, but I got an error message : "another addon disabling the blizzard castbar". After disabling Spartan, classiccastbar is working fine...

How can I solve this problem ?
