currently pet happiness indicator:

does not always move with the pet health frame correctly
has no options in unit frame options
cannot be moved once the UI has been scaled

therefore

pet happiness indicator becomes stuck in random spots after attempting to setup or adjust UI
cannot be manually adjusted on its own, essentially breaking the UI depending where the indicator gets stuck at

however;

after several ui resets and relogs, the issue fixes its self ...
