Massive Frame Drops

Upon entering any area of decent population of structures (IE, geometry.) frames drop to 2 fps. This does not happen with all addons turned on. It happens most frequently in Valdrakken, but has also happened in Dragonblight (Where Radiant Echoes is.) and Stormwind. There are times when the frame drop is so horrific one is forced to force close the game.

To Reproduce
Turn off all addons but Spartan. This includes Bartender.
Move to Valdrakken. The frame drops happen with steady or dynamic flight, but dynamic flight triggers it more. Press Take off, and it'll happen. It seems to happen when changing zones, as well. It will also happen whenever a weather event starts. (ie, Rain.)

I don't have the knowledge to attach those, I'm not a coder, I just use things other people code, so hopefully the author/s can figure out how to open those.

Please see if this can be fixed. If there is an error in my report, please let me know. Spartan is the only UI I will ever use, and it causing these horrific frame drops is deeply upsetting.

Ya the 2nd screenshot with the entire land mass missing lends to a device or game issue. you can get your setting back by importing that massive string.

I just imported your settings and am not seeing any issues dragonflying. I'll keep running it for a bit, looking at the settings changed I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary.

That's so frustrating. I'm going through all my addons now and the lag only happens with Spartan enabled. But it's not consistent so I really have no idea. I just bought a new computer with top of the line GPU and CPU. I shouldn't be having these issues :(

Sometimes the newer hardware has more issues, sometimes they fix something for newer and break older due to drivers and general support newness. For me soon as 11.0 launched I had to turn off Multithreaded Rendering as it causes water issues on my 3070 desktop, on my laptop with a 4090 it's fine. start of expansions are always "fun" with these kinds of issues.

Oh and i know that string looks nasty but is a web-safe encoding of stuff that looks like this:

good luck not having that get messed up thru copy paste. lol.

Can you post an export your settings?

You can also try resetting your profile if you are willing to do that on /sui help

Does it happen with just bartender 4 and dx12?

There is a know issue (On blizz rendering end) if you have 3d portraits on, but the effect is usually just water edge texture issues. And it effects any add-on that uses the system to generate a player or in game 3d model.
