Using Spartan with War skin.

I love the player frames/target frames that come with that skin but if possible I would like to have elites use the gold dragon around the portrait. Silver elites use a silver dragon.

Right now silver elites use a gold background like regular elites so at a minimum if we can get that turned to silver that would help.
