[Retail Bug Report] No error handler module anymore

Describe the bug
I'm certain in past version there was an error handler module for SpartanUI but it is no longer there and there is an annoying red triangle in the middle of my screen that shows the errors.
Is there anyway to disable it, as when my mouse goes over it it shows the error and interferes with my UI.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Always there

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
