Is there a way to have a popup animation like before that was above the action bars, for instance pallys had their auras that would be displayed there, or shamans with their totems, or hunters with their aspects, and so on.

I would like to know if anyone would be able to implement these features back into spartan ui for classic anniversary or help inform me of how to do so already.
