##Hey. I put the font of Arial (Screenshot 2) (it supports the Russian language), but here I see the signs ????????? (Screenshot 1).

Investigation Notes: This is an issue with oUF_AuraBars oUF plugin. The .spellTimeFont, .spellNameFont, will need to be set by SpartanUI to the font set in the settings screen.

Should push an update to oUF_AuraBars to default to Arial for better support as well.
