Dont know if its a warlock spesific issue. But i found that when displaying my chance to hit, it went up by 7% for every 1% i equipped from gear.

Its in the SoM version, yes. Its a wonderful addon! Apart from the issue with hit, iv had no problems with it. After now having used it, it feels like an essential addon to have.
