Add an option to show the entire quest or NPC dialogue instead of having it be cut into paragraphs.

I like this.

I prefer to have the option to see everything at once because when I do not want to read the entire mission there is too much click to pass the mission, even so, the option to see everything together I like more

I like this for other reasons.

Maybe for most people that's not an issue, but for me it is super annoying not to know how much more text there will be to read. A small indicator (like 1/5, 4/6, ... ) would be highly appreciated as well, if displaying the full text would need to much work.
