[FR] Hide healthbar on units not in combat

Thanks for the amazing addon, it's super clear and neat though I have a request/suggestion as below.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Particularly in dungeons it can be difficult to tell if a mob has been accidentally pulled, especially when there is a high density of enemies. Additionally, the screen can be very cluttered seeing the health bars of units such as neutral mobs or packs of idle enemies.

While the combat indicator feature is helpful, it can be difficult to see in these situations. I have tried the "only in combat" visibility option but found it open to misinterpretation as it references when the player's combat status and not the unit's status. Using this visibility option does not display the nameplates when the mob is selected while the player is out of combat and shows nameplates for the idle mobs while the player is in combat.

Describe the solution you'd like
One solution would be to add an option to hide the health bar when the unit is not in combat, similar to how the combat indicator functions. In which case, the nameplate would only display the unit name until the mob is either engaged or targeted.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another option would be to add a feature to configure the appearances separately which can then be allocated to certain states or conditions. Some example conditions could be "unit is in combat", "unit is not in combat", "unit is selected", "unit is casting", "unit is elite", "unit is boss", "unit is rare", "unit is custom NPC category 1" and so on. (PS. I understand it this 2nd option is too complicated to do 😉 ❤️)

Much appreciated!
