Describe the bug
When doing mouse over party frames, the party member's buffs (and debuffs) show, however the tiny buff window then remains on screen. (Also clicking on the portrait does not target the party member, only clicking on the health/mana bar does.)
Even after leaving the party, the buffs remain on screen. Only doing a /reload will remove them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Mouse over party frames, click on party members

Expected behavior
Buffs should only show when doing mouse over, then disappear again as usual, not remain on screen. Also clicking on the portraits should target the party members.
