Sorry, tried using the edit save and the whole SUI save. tried disabling all my addons down the list and it appears they reset every relog or reload, think SUI is the culprit!

That's because you've managed your frames through Leatrix or some other AddOn before. Make sure to disable it, then it should work properly.
