Class colors don't seem to be printing all the time. example a being this ready check.

That looks correct to me. The message above is a system message which is supposed to be yellow. Then the Raid Leader is in the correct color for hunters. Then his addon prints out the names of people that don't have runes.

The block of text printed for runes. the request was to parse printed names for colouring.

Intent is to make it easier to find your name when printed in chat as well as make it easier to read such print outs.
This is also something I'm missing from Elvui since it was my raiding substitute for most of 7.2.
