Discord user Aphotic has requested the ability to manipulate the speed of the fade effect when the docks are hidden by clicking the buttons in the bottom left and right.

We could further enhance this by having options to have the docks activate in certain circumstance.
example;
Damage meter in combat
chow chat for a short period after recieving a message
etc.

and a "hide on startup" function would be sweet, cause first thing I do is always hide everything at beginnig of a session, aka pressing those arrow buttons.
