Periodically, text will "stick" or essentially pin itself to the bottom of the chat module, overlapping existing or new text. This most often occurs when logging in on a character in a guild that has a guild MOTD enabled. Resetting the chat window fixes the issue but breaks the UI skin, so a hard /reload is necessary.

This bug manifests itself when logging in, when zoning into new areas, when un/minimizing the game, and at random moments.
