Class order hall button

i know this has been mentions a few times but yet never seen an answer for, but as u can seen on the image link i have my class order hall button right in middle of my mini map and this is driving me mental as this is on all my toons, is there anyway to move the dam button or even disable it
still present with 7.2.5 into 7.3
In Orderhall at login (not present
leave orderhall into Dalaran
Is there an alternate way to triggering this event?
level req for WoD (to get garrison) = 90
level req for lgn 98
Maybe force on for characters previously detected as having it usable? so only 1 potential point for it to not be visible?
