In the vanilla UI it adds a small button beside quests to allow you to search for groups on similar quests and thus complete them quicker or more easily.

Notice the small yellow eye symbol to the right of some of the quests on the second picture. these aren't present on the SVUI quest handler. I don't know if this may cause silent errors or is completely benign, and tbh I don't use this feature of WQGF, but I felt that it should be reported incase of unkown issues.

Worth noting that this has mostly been integrated into base WoW now. but we are uunable to interact with it in the current quest list format
