expirationTime is being updated but the timer is not changing at all.

Should be fixed by checkSpellEnabled to prevent aura_removed from triggering the cd again after 20s

Changing the cooldown reduction to cost / 3 for testing, it is reducing the cd after all

The issue is the cooldown timer only starts after trigger 2 (glow ends), so it's behind by 20 s
