Axe toss only shows when using special ability, not when using command demon ability

When pressing Spell Lock (Command Demon Ability) that doesn't show the cd:

When pressing the one that does show 24s cd:
player-19647, and only fires once

Maybe just need to comment out 119910?

Or make 19647 the parent spell

Axe toss:
no cd one - 119914
one with cd - 89766

Both abilities are working now, closing the issue
