Locked frame does not stay in position.

Describe the bug
Every reload the tracking frame moves from it's locked position. Notably it's moving vertically up.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
/console scriptErrors 1 is not showing any errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install addon.
Move frame.
Lock frame.
/reloadui or the game.

Expected behavior
Locked frames shouldn't go walkies.

Additional context
2560x1440 resolution, using latest ElvUI also, albeit the frame wanders even with all other addons disabled.
