World Quests that add a usable quest item (ex: needle to poke citizens in Arom's Stand) - once WQ is completed, items stay on quest item bar. Compounded when doing another similar world quest.
Item bar not updating when item is no longer available
Reloading UI does fix the issue

This is true for all quests not only WQs
