Describe the bug
When a auto accept quest comes up the tracker doesn't show the "new quest available" untill you switch zones.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors have been generated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new character
2. Accept the anniversary mail
3. Open aniversary present
4. No popup in the quest tracker about a new quest
5. Go to portal room and take a random portal
6. Quest now pops up at the top of the tracker

Expected behavior
The new quest accepted should come up instantly when the quest has been accepted
