I have tried both talent builds made in the Icy Veins calculator and Wowhead to no avail. My assumed parsing issue occurs when a URL is loaded into the import dialog text field, but the "Okay" button will not activate and enable me to name a new sequence.

The last one seems telling to a degree, but the deep Blood and deep Frost specs from Icy Veins for Death Knight leveling have parsed successfully with no lines omitted in testing. Using the address box version of the strings makes the sequence parsing worse, and omitting the HTTP:\ part of the address solves nothing for me, either. I simply use my browser's context menu on right-click to copy the link address from each leveling guide's button, resulting in the URL formatting being used over Unicode. The percent sign coding works just fine, but for some reason, the last three lines of talents in Unholy Death Knight are just not usable by this addon at this time.
