Importing when some talents are already learned doesn't scroll to first item correctly

If you import, and you already have some talents in the import learned, the display will scroll down to the next available talent but the scroll bar won't be updated to show the correct position.
Need to check this on live classic. Happens on 1.12.1, but a classic sandbox doesn't have the issue.
