My account has progeress 12/12 this 3rd week.
My alt has 707 Reshii Wraps, but not login during the 2nd week, when I login this alt during this 3rd week, the auto purchase cost all my 6 points, but the ilvl ONLY upgrade once ( from 707 to 714, should 707 to 720)

This bug to the cloak can not be reversed, have to destory and request a new one.

interesting... I'll make the upgrades slower to see if that helps, I don't have any character to test it with unfortunately

I managed to test this on some old ptr characters, it's fixed in the latest update, though you have to still delete and get a new cloak to fix the ilvl until blizzard fixes it
