Error: Can't Load ESC Menu

Something odd happened in the most recent update, can no longer open the ESC menu. Weirdly, if you open it once by clicking in the menu bar, then the ESC key works again. Tested with only this addon active.

Settings attached, renamed to .txt because Github is dumb
Reverting to v1.12.59 did not fix it, but reverting to v1.12.58 did. So it's something that changed in 58->59
related to Stanzilla/WoWUIBugs#768, and should be fixed in latest version
