This has been happening for quite a while and I didn't realise it was Talented that was causing the problem:
Sometimes when you hover over a talent, the tooltip just doesn't load the text. You need to hover away, then back on the talent again for it to load up.

Any idea what is causing this? Happens at random. Sometimes after a /reload things start working again as normal.
