Would you consider making Talented_Data a lib?

As you know, Classic has no way to read talents for other classes. I am working on porting ZenTracker to Classic, which requires updating LibGroupInspecT-1.1 to work in classic
LibGroupInspecT wants to know the talents for each class... it would be wonderful to reuse the work you've done here as a lib.
What do you think?

Hi,
I wasn't the original author of the addon (see ReadMe for links to the
original author, "Jerry"). I picked up the old work and ported it into
Classic but it was the first time I'd worked with either WoW or LUA. It was
simplest for me to make the data an additional addon instead of a lib
whilst I was unfamiliar. I'm not playing the game currently, so wouldn't
easily be able to convert to a library, but if you'd like to do it you're
very welcome.
