Several issues:

1. Wrong hierarchy of pet talents. Interdependent talents are not linked to each other.
2. Number of talent points repeats character level points. But pet talents are caluculated different way.
3. There's no "Edit" button.

This is the very same pet, I just enabled / disabled the addon to give this result. So the addon lies.

Quick suggestion, but as pet talent are not that important (not as important as player) maybe you can completly ignore this part and enable the default pet talent window.
It will prevent you too blind debug it as you seems not playing hunter.

The bigger problem is not having free time. I'm still level 70 as I haven't had a chance to play wrath yet - so likewise not had a chance to try to fix these issues. Soon, hopefully.
