[CF 1226] Request to add a condition to check last spell cast

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Please provide any additional information below.
I was wondering if you have plans to add a condition to check last spell cast by player so that I can use tmw with my windwalker monk in Legion. The new ww mastery gives bonus dps so long as you don't use the same ability twice in a row. I'd love to be able to account for that in tmw.
