[CF 1261] Cooldowns that are reduced by talents?

Is there any way to handle these? Some way to implement something in a combat event/unit cooldown that says "If this spell is used again before X seconds, change cooldown to Y seconds"?

Its certainly possible, but not something that I'd implement at this point. It would either require way more input from the user, or a substantial effort from me to keep some list of all such spells and rules around their cooldowns. There are also lots of cases where the rule isn't as simple as that, e.g. the cooldown of X is reduced by Y every time you cast Z.

 

(I realize this ticket is 2 years old. Trying to clean up some of those that I had ignored.)
