[CF 1272] Condition for ability usage?

I would like to track my ability usages (or instant spells) to modify a counter. I tried to use "spell cast" but it doesn't work.
I am trying to track last used ability for my monk, but most of my abilities won't trigger "spell cast". Example - tiger palm, blackout kick, rushing jade wind.

There's already a condition for this, called "Last Ability Used".

That's great! Didn't think to look under that menu. Why is it not part of spells and items?
Anyway - that's exactly what I was looking for!
