[CF 1293] Condition for Casting Duration

Is it possible to make a new condition that detects the time for casting and channelling.

For DH I think it is good to interupt the Eye Beam at the last two ticks, and I found not way I can setup a condition that helps me to do it.

It would be a big help if we have this, and I believe many classes would benefit from it. eg, Evocation for mage.

Make a spell cast icon to track the spell you care about. Set a max duration, and set it to always hide. Check that icon in an Icon Shown condition.
