[CF 1306] Charge icons not always showing cd time

The cooldown text for spells with charges won't show until I open and then close the TMW configuration menu when I first change to that spec. For example my shadow dance tracker icon as a sub rogue:

Sorry, can't reproduce this. What are you using to provide your cooldown texts? OmniCC? Blizzard default?

I'm having a very similar issue. Also Sub rogue, Shadow Dance, using OmniCC (which shows the remaining CD just fine on my action bars, but not every time on TMW icon).
Going to try to narrow down the issue before I post my config. Was just about to post it, but noticed it was very convoluted and a bit embarrassing to share as is :)

Ahh, so it doesn't work through a meta icon. See, that would have been a very practical thing to have told me when reporting this.
