[CF 1328] TMW bugged when casting heals since 7.1

IMPORTANT: If your issue is only occurring with a specific icon, include an export string of the icon in this ticket. Similarly, if the issue involves an entire group or an entire profile, include the entire export string of the group or profile.
To get an export string, open the icon editor, and click button labeled "Import/Export/Backup". Select the "To string" option for the appropriate export type for your issue, and then press CTRL+C to copy it to your clipboard.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?
I expect that my voice file will play when my riptide or healing stream totem comes off cd (notification to play voice file 'on finish'). It either plays it constantly like an awful techno song of me repeatedly saying riptide (which is what the mp3 i use for the notification sound is of) or just plays it ass i cast and again when it comes off cd

it says fixed now. erm do I need to redownload tmw or something?
