[CF 1340] Error Report: Game freeze on loading screen

IMPORTANT: If your issue is only occurring with a specific icon, include an export string of the icon in this ticket. Similarly, if the issue involves an entire group or an entire profile, include the entire export string of the group or profile.

To get an export string, open the icon editor, and click button labeled "Import/Export/Backup". Select the "To string" option for the appropriate export type for your issue, and then press CTRL+C to copy it to your clipboard.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate loading screen
2. While in loading screen, get disconnected
3. Force quit WoW
4. Re-launch WoW
5. Log in to same character
6. Receive error message upon login

What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?
The game to not lock up upon receiving a loading screen.
The game locks up while in a loading screen.

What version of TellMeWhen are you using? ("The latest" is not a version)

I am using ElvUI which may be the actual problem, but most of the bug report deals with a TMW error.
