As title states. Maybe this is already in, but I can't find it.

Additionally, bring back the 'number of times spell has been casted' condition? I'm too stupid to make counters work.

Its the very first item under Unit Attributes. I'm going to move it down below the Unit Level condition though, because it really doesn't make sense up there all by itself.
