[CF 1353] Shaman (Maelstrom Power)?

Unable to show the value of Maelstrom power that you have accumulated. Should be a way to show this power amount, similar to that of Combo points or holy power.

If you're using the Resource Display icon type, it definitely is there. If you're trying to do this with DogTag, use the [MP] tag since maelstrom is just your primary resource and is no different from any other primary resource.
