[CF 1364] Earthen Spike and Crash Lightning conflicting?

Updated today and found that when I press Earthen Spike, it causes the icon for Crash Lightning to disappear, and not reappear until the cooldown on Earthen Spike expires.

Please re-open your ticket with all relevant information, including export strings of the icon that you're using, as well as what version of TMW you're using.
