[CF 1369] Shield Block tracking with tier 19 2-set bonus

With Protection Warriors 2-set bonus the Warrior gains another buff while Shield Block is active. The ID of the new spell is 212236 and the name of it is also Shield Block.

My (updated) Tellmewhen does not track the original timed Shield Block instead it tracks the new and therefore does not show any timer.

Instead of "Shield Block", use "132404" for tracking the Shield Block buff. This works for my prot. warrior.

It worked! I already tried to make it track other spell IDs for Shield Block but i guess i missed that one. Thank you so much
