[CF 1374] Combo Points condition max value

TMW v8.2.5:

If I'm not mistaken, currently, when setting up a Combo Points icon condition, max value is 8 and cannot be increased.

In game, max number of combo points a rogue could have is 10 (with Anticipation talent).
