Is there a way to differentiate between incoming damage (physical vs magic) as condition?

Don't know what this means. Conditions are a way to check the current state of things. "Incoming damage" is an event, not a state.

Yeah e.g. if unit player is taking over xx % magical damage flash Anti-Magic Shield.

So events are not possible?

(sorry if I'm wasting your time.)
