[CF 1429] LUA errors breaking TMW

This has been happening to me since 7.2.5. Didnt want to post a bug until I got more data. It seems to me like it's happening when using teleportation (eg - hearthstones), and also sometimes when transitioning into the M+ timer. Most condition icons stop working and buff trackers' timers will always show 0. Castbars will not have spell details.

 

I caught the following LUA error. Hope it helps:
